Biomechanics analysis during a group session
A tennis coach wearing a white shirt with a tennis logo watched children playing tennis on an outdoor court. Two girls are hitting tennis balls near the net, with one girl holding a racket. The court is surrounded by a fence and trees.

Our group lessons cater to children aged 4–13, offering a dynamic and engaging environment to develop their skills.

Each class is limited to a maximum of 6 players to ensure personalised attention and optimal learning.

Our comprehensive program focuses on four key components:

• Technical training – Players develop proper stroke mechanics.

• Tactical skills – Lessons include game strategy, shot selection, and court positioning.

• Physical conditioning – We incorporate exercises to improve agility, balance, coordination, and overall fitness.

• Tournament guidance – We help parents navigate the competitive pathway.

To enhance the learning experience, we also provide video analysis, allowing players to set small, meaningful goals to refine their technique and stroke production.

In addition, parents receive access to Individual Player Reports, which outline the term’s technical and tactical focuses, include rating development graphics, and provide personalised coach feedback to help track each player’s progress and support their growth both on and off the court.
